Having access to the resort area was great. Activities and the pool areas were wonderful for everyone. The breakfast was an extra added benefit.

The resort area was very impressive. The water park was a favorite of the kids. There were many pools to choose from. The grill was good and had good service. I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Very clean - well managed - kind courteous staff, breakfast was well done, had a wonderful stay.

Only 20 minutes from attractions and parks. Very clean - well managed hotel. I enjoyed that the hotel is part of the summer bay resort. Staff was very helpful in any way they could.

No restaurant or bar or room service.

Lovely setting, great family friendly place. Lots to do at the resort but close to all the parks, restaurants, shopping & high ways. I would stay there again and have recommended it to friends going to FL in the next couple of months. ...read more

It was quiet at the time I was there.

Infestation of ants. No refrigerators to keep food or drinks.

I would not stay here again. The free breakfast was okay but the $7.00 "resort fee" made it not free. Some of the people I was working with on the business project which brought me to this location, said they would not stay there the following week, they had not concluded their business. I did not ask why, but told them of the ants in my room. I will continue telling people and showing them the video I took of the little creatures. I intend to tell the state regulators also. Far too expensive to put up with creatures in the walls and on my table in the room. I am not a happy person right now, to say the least. ...read more
